1. Who We Are

2. What YoUniMentor Does
YoUniMentor is an education consultancy. We help eligible UK residents explore university education, understand their options, and apply to our partner universities. We provide guidance on course selection, eligibility assessment, the application process, and Student Finance.
Our services are provided free of charge to you. We receive a commission from our university partners when a student successfully enrols through us. This arrangement does not affect the quality or impartiality of the guidance we provide.
3. What YoUniMentor Does Not Do
We are not a university or higher education institution. Admissions decisions are made solely by the universities, not by us.
We are not an official Student Finance authority. Any information we provide about Student Finance is for general guidance only. Eligibility decisions and funding calculations are made exclusively by Student Finance England or Student Finance Wales. We cannot guarantee any specific funding outcome.
We are not immigration advisers and do not provide immigration or visa advice. If you have questions about your immigration status, visa conditions, or right to remain in the UK, you should seek advice from a regulated immigration adviser or solicitor. 4. Eligibility to Use Our Services
Our services are designed for UK residents who meet the eligibility criteria for home student fees and Student Finance funding. Eligibility depends on your immigration status, residency history, and other factors assessed by Student Finance England or Wales.
You are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information about your immigration status, residency, and personal circumstances. We are not liable for any consequences – including unsuccessful applications or ineligibility for funding – arising from inaccurate information you provide.

5. Our Service Commitment
We will provide our guidance and support with reasonable care and skill. However, we cannot and do not guarantee:
acceptance or enrolment at any university
approval of a Student Finance application or any specific level of funding
the continued availability of any specific course or university partner
any particular employment, salary, or career outcome following study
Outcomes depend on decisions made by universities, Student Finance authorities, and your own circumstances, which are outside our control.
